Letter from the editor

Wine is a great hobby for anyone who has a knack for recalling stats: the rankings of players or sports teams, the prices of stocks. If you can remember the best vintages, you’re likely to have more terrific wine experiences. But what if you’re like me and love wine but have a lousy memory? We’re here to help with that—and a lot more—in this special wine and dine issue. But first, let me introduce ourselves. Compromising of 4 people, members of this team are Pook Mei Yan, Liow Hsiang Yin, Huang Dan Dan, and Daryl Lee Jin Yao. This magazine focuses on one main theme every issue and in this 1st introductory issue, we chose Italian cuisine to be our theme. As we all know, Italian cuisine makes a great pair with wine. With reviews written by our writers, I assure you to be satisfied with the recommendation.
